November 17 is when the Department of Energy (DOE) should be submitting its updated Legacy Waste Disposal Plan. Thanks to your many letters, in November 2024 to January 2025, the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) sent DOE back to the drawing board to rewrite the Legacy Waste Plan they had submitted.
